Beethoven's 2nd is a 1993 American family comedy film, and a sequel to the previous year's film, Beethoven. Charles Grodin returns as George Newton, now dealing with the chaos of Beethoven's puppies. Also returning are Bonnie Hunt, Nicholle Tom, Christopher Castile, and Sarah Rose Karr, along with new additions, Debi Mazar and Chris Penn. It was written by Len Blum, and directed by Rod Daniel.
While this isn't the last film, this is the last one to be released theatrically. This is also the last film to feature the original Newton family, as the next three feature George's brother's family.

- Matinee is showing at the drive-in theater, which was released by Universal Pictures the same year as Beethoven's 2nd.
- A poster for the film appears outside a movie theater in the Seinfeld episode "The Opposite".
